Why does Deer Creek have Covenants and Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines?

Covenants and ARC Guidelines have been set so that aesthetics, congruity, appearance, safety, etc. can be defined and written guidelines can be promulgated, in order to create an environment where all residents can live in harmony.

Your compliance with the Covenants and ARC Guidelines is most important!  If you have any questions about the Covenants or ARC Guidelines, please contact the Deer Creek Information Center at 270-3337.  To submit an improvement and/or addition to the ARC committee, please download the ARC Application and return it to the Deer Creek Information Center at 8925 Deer Creek Boulevard, Montgomery, AL  36117.
