  More about
DSI Security Services

Initially DSI Security Services operated solely in Alabama in 1969. However as DSI’s reputation for quality service spread so did their base of operations.

DSI has an impressive growth history, which is punctuated with examples of our versatility, flexibility, and sound management. DSI now has hundreds of officers, all of whom have been carefully selected and highly trained.

A.B. Clark, the company's founder realized the void for dependable, competent security service. A. B. Clark began with a belief that DSI would do more than "just meet the need."

Today, DSI is still family owned and operated by Alan B. Clark, AB's son. DSI’s reputation in the Southeast is based upon strong performance, management response, and solid professionalism. These qualities are well reflected by each of our security specialists and officers.

The Montgomery Sanitation Department offers the following trash disposal options in addition to the standard sanitation services:

Option 1:
Every Saturday the Montgomery Sanitation Department has trash trucks stationed at several local schools where homeowners can drop any type of trash (including building materials). Halycon Elementary School and Vaughn Road Elementary School are close to Deer Creek and Saturday drop off hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. (Items containing oil and Freon are only accepted at the Crampton Bowl drop off station.)

Option 2:
The Montgomery Sanitation Department offers a bulk trash service that is in addition to the standard pick up schedule. Homeowners can call 241-2750 and for a $5.00 charge have almost any item picked up at home. (Examples include washers, sofas, mattresses, etc.) Please do not put these items on the curb until the day of the scheduled pick up. The Sanitation Department will tell you the scheduled pick up day. The pick-up day is determined by the item description.
